2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, SEEP-Hub Seep and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. All software, game logic, UI designs, emerald felt textures, and mahogany wood assets are the proprietary property of SEEP-Hub Seep. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website and playing the Seep card game for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Conduct & Fair Play

SEEP-Hub Seep is a community built on integrity and professional competition. You agree not to use the platform to:

• Engage in any form of cheating, including but not limited to using automated scripts (bots) to play the game.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the game engine or bypass the cryptographically secure shuffle algorithm.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group through any communication channels provided.
• Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Seep Arena servers.

Any violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the platform without prior notice.

4. No Money or Virtual Currency Policy

SEEP-Hub Seep is a **100% Free** platform. We do not support, facilitate, or allow any form of gambling or real-money wagering. There are no "coins," "chips," or "credits" that carry monetary value. The platform is intended solely for entertainment and intellectual competition. You agree not to use the platform's scoring system for any external betting or illegal activities.

In no event shall SEEP-Hub Seep, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website. SEEP-Hub Seep shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, including any technical errors that may occur during a high-stakes "Baazi" or a 50-point "Seep" moment.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent SEEP-Hub Seep from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

The SEEP-Hub Seep is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between SEEP-Hub Seep and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of SEEP-Hub Seep resides, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in said jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
